Prior to making all appointments, a valid medical referral must be forwarded by email or fax to the clinic.

Please ensure your contact details are included at this time and we will call you to arrange a suitable appointment and time.

Due to high number of incoming referrals, this process might take longer than usual. We apologize in advance and will endeavor to contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

Please note that a General Practitioner Referral expires after 12 months a Specialist Referral expires after 3 months.
