Your management plan and the number of procedures that you will require will be determined by your treating specialist. Based on your management plan, a member of the Administration Team willl provide you with a cost estimate. Please note that cost estimates are only valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. If you have any fee- or booking-related questions, please direct these to the Administration Team and not the Medical Team. Please note that the treatment of varicose veins and vascular malformations is partially rebated by Medicare and Private Health Funds. It is the patient's responsibility to check with their health fund as to whether their policy covers their treatment.
Payment is required at the time of consultation and procedures.
Other important notes:
- Cost estimates for procedures cannot be provided until all required investigations (e.g. ultrasound studies) are completed and your ability to undergo interventions has been assessed
- The Practice does not take responsibility for your entitlement to rebate. It is the patient's responsibility to contact Medicare and your Health Fund directly to check whether and how much rebate you are entitled to receive
