To Make An Appointment

Prior to making all appointments, a valid medical referral must be obtained from a GP or Specialist and forwarded by email or fax to referral@sydneyskinandvein.com.au Fax: (02) 9386 0258. At our Practice, a valid medical referral is one that is provided to us within 12 months of its date of issue. Please note that we will not accept referrals that have been issued past the 12 month period. Should this occur, we will kindly ask you to request that your referring doctor generate an updated referral.

Please ensure your contact details are included at this time and we will call you to arrange a suitable appointment time after your referral has been assessed for suitability.

As a condition for all appointments made at Sydney Skin and Vein Clinic, a refundable deposit fee of $350 is charged at the time of booking.  This is to secure your appointment and encourage patient attendance to all schedule times and refunded in full subject to this condition being met. Payment for this is made over the phone with a valid credit card at the time of your booking.

Photo identification is required to access services at Sydney Skin and Vein Clinic. This is a necessary measure to identify our patients and prevent Medicare fraud from occurring. You will be requested to be photographed upon arrival at your first visit and attached to your electronic medical file. All records of patient photographs will be kept in accordance with privacy measures for patient confidentiality and retained on the clinic database. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the clinic prior to your visit. Sydney Skin and Vein Clinic reserve the right to refuse services to patients that do not comply with this policy.
